Do my customers know it is an AI?
The first reply in a conversation says so, in their language. We do not pretend to be you. In practice people care about getting an answer at midnight, not about who typed it.
What if it gets something wrong?
It only states facts about your business that you gave it. If you have not told it, it says it will check with you and flags the question in your dashboard. You answer once and it knows from then on. For anything about money, cancellations, complaints or safety it stops and hands over to you by design.
Do I lose my chat history?
No. You keep your number and you keep using WhatsApp on your phone as you do now. When you connect, your existing chats sync across so the AI has the context.
What happens when I reply myself?
It goes quiet in that conversation for thirty minutes. You are the business; it is the answering service.
Which languages does it handle?
It answers in whatever language the message arrived in, and remembers that choice for that customer. In Cyprus that is mostly English, Greek and Russian, with German, Hebrew and Arabic close behind.
Do I need a second number?
No, and you should not want one. A second number means your customers have to be told about it and half of them will not read the message. This runs on the number you already give out.
