Terms of Service
Last updated 23 September 2026
These terms govern the use of Bahamut by the businesses who subscribe to it. They are written to be read rather than survived.
The agreement
These terms are between Revolink CY LTD, a company registered in Cyprus at 18 Nikis, Voroklini, 7040, and the business that creates a Bahamut account.
By creating an account you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind that company.
What the service does
Bahamut connects to your WhatsApp Business number and answers incoming customer messages automatically, using information you provide about your business.
Answers are generated by a language model. They will sometimes be wrong. You remain responsible for what is sent from your number, and you should review the conversations the product shows you.
Your responsibilities
You must own or be authorised to use the WhatsApp number you connect, and you must comply with WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy and Meta's terms. Breaking those can get your number disabled by Meta, which is outside our control.
You must not use Bahamut to send unsolicited marketing, to impersonate anyone, or to handle categories of data the service is not built for, including payment card details and health records.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give Bahamut to answer from.
Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Message volumes beyond the plan's allowance are billed as set out on the pricing page.
Meta charges separately for certain message types. Where those charges apply they are passed through at cost.
You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund part-months.
Availability
We aim to keep Bahamut running continuously, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. The product depends on WhatsApp, on our model provider and on our hosting, and an outage at any of them is an outage here.
We will give notice of planned maintenance where we reasonably can.
Your data
You keep ownership of your business data and your customers' messages. We process them to run the service and for nothing else. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.
You can export or delete your data at any time, and we will delete it within 30 days of your account closing.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited under Cypriot law.
Beyond that, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for lost profits, lost bookings, or indirect losses.
Bahamut is a tool that writes messages. It is not professional advice, and the answers it sends are not warranted to be accurate.
Ending the agreement
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that puts our Meta or model provider relationships at risk, or that goes unpaid.
Where we suspend an account we will tell you why, and give you a chance to put it right unless the breach makes that unsafe.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction.
